The location is fantastic: Your backyard is the Oosterpark. The Dapper Market is 2 minutes from the house, but you do not suffer from the crowds because the distance is just too big for that. The Plantation neighborhood and Artis Zoo are within walking distance.

The Central Station and the PIJP are located in about 10 minutes by bike or use the trams which stops just a few hundred meters away.

Obviously you can not be bored here for a moment, with a diverse range of restaurants, two movie theaters, shops and cafés of Amsterdam within a radius of one kilometer.
