Free rental valuation

Our experts carry out a free rental valuation on location. We provide you with all information and give you advice to get the most out of letting your residential property. Of course, we also answer all your questions.

Promote your letting property

We take photos, create a rental page and post it online. Next, we distribute your property amongst our broad (expat) network and of course on websites such as Funda and Pararius.

Extensive screening of potential tenants

Before we propose a tenant to you, we will screen the candidate extensively. Does the tenant fit the house, is the financial picture correct and do we trust him or her with the key to your house?

Sign rental contract, key transfer and property management (optional)

Do you approve the proposed tenant? Then we draw up a rental agreement that is signed during the key transfer. At the same time we also extensively document the status of the house. Optionally, you can also outsource the management of the property to us. This saves you a lot of time and, partly thanks to our periodic inspections, you don’t have to worry about your home.
