The wheelhouse will be your private entrance. From this large room, almost every window and door can be opened, and allow you to sit and live under a roof which protects you from the rain or sun, providing you the feeling of living on the water. This spacious room can perfectly be used as a dining room or office, with extensive views over the canal. The room has a charming indoor gas heater.

A few steps down you will enter the modern open kitchen, with all appliances.

A few steps further down, you will find the large spacious living room. At the back of the living room is again space for a desk or dining table, at this point the cozy fireplace heater (wood burner) is installed.

Through this area one can reach the large bedroom, with lots of wardrobe cupboards. Underneath the bedroom you will find 40m2 off storage available.

Behind the bedroom you will find the beautiful bathroom, equipped with bath, separate shower, double sink, urinal, toilet and design radiator for extra comfort.

Throughout the majority of the houseboat floor heating is equipped. The boat provides you inside with plenty of daylight and fresh air, through large windows in the roof and many portholes. Virtually the entire houseboat is equipped with dimmable lighting.

Outside is a terrace where for example you can enjoy the sun all day. The canoe present may be used by the tenant and there is dock facility for a small canal boat.
